"I was a bit nervous to start with but once we got started it was a lot of fun. He helped me with my fitness and my football at the same time. We went to the park and did a few sprints and at the end we were diving for my football. We jogged home and the we did some boxing which I really liked. We also did a some weights (which weren't very big) and a few pushups at the end. It was fun and I learnt things that will help me be better at my sport. My mum says I can go every two weeks and I wonder what stuff we will be doing cause it is always different but fun."
